Chinese Chicken Curry.

Ingredient:

  • Shan Pink Salt.
  • Oil 1/2 Cup.
  • Onion (Chopped) 1 Cup,
  • Shan ginger Garlic 1 tbsp.
  • pepper (as you want)
  • Shan Veg Meat Masala
  • Chicken Boneless Cubes 1/2 Kg.
  • Chili Sauce 2 Table spoon(tbsp).
  • Red Capsicum 1/2 Cup.
  • Green Capsicum 1/2 Cup.
  • Tomato Sauce 1/2 Cup.
  • Say Sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 1-2 Cup
  • Cornflower

Method:

Fist of all pick up the oil in woke, add chopped onion and mix it. Now put chickens in this and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes until it changes color. After you can add chopped garlic, pepper, salt, Shan meat, veg masala mixes it and cook for 10-15 min. Now add all three sauces and well mix it and cover the Lid, let it simmer for 2-3 min. Now add the Vegetables, stir them for 2-3 min and again cover with lid until every thing cook for 5 min.
In a separate bowl, add 1 tbsp of cornflower and make a paste with water. Add that to the curry to let it thicken and turn saucy server with hot with rice.

                        KHAO SUEY NOODLES:

Introduction:

So here we are learning about how to make khao suey. This dish found in Far East and its is very tasty noodle dish served with alongside many condiments that elevate the flavors of the delicious dish.

KHAO SUEY:

It maybe Preparation Time 50-60 mins.

Ingredient:

  • cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • chicken (boneless small cuts) 250 gm
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • basin 2 tbsp
  • chicken stock (unsalted)2 cups
  • coconut milk 1 cup
  • noodles 1 pack
  • Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • Roasted peanuts
  • Fried onions
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Fried flour roti
  • Green chili (sliced)
  • Shan's chicken masala -3 tsp

Making Method:

First of all drizzle cooking oil into a pan and put in chopped -stir well.
Whilst continuously mixing, add ginger garlic paste and then place the small strips of chicken into the pan.
Now Put into Shan's chicken masala, turmeric and fry for 7 to 8 mins.
Also Put into Basin, and mixes it good and well then add chicken stock and again mix it.
Now some pour coconut milk, Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
Using a knife, cut flour roti into small rectangular pieces- fry into oil until you can see golden crispy.
 In a separate pan containing water, add into salt and boil noodles (cook according to the package instruction).
Take the noodle out and place into a sieve in order to drain out the water.
Place the noodles into a plate and add cucumbers, roasted peanuts, fried onions, fried flour roti, green chili and finally the chicken on top/all over. Here Ready KHAO SUEY NOODLES.


                                 GLAZED FRIED FISH:

Introduction:

Today we learn how to make a perfect and delicious fried fish with Shan masala. when you make this delicious fish we sure your mouth with water.

GLAZED FRIED FISH:

Its preparation Time 20-25 minutes.

Ingredient:

  • Butter 80gms
  • Honey 40gms
  • Shan Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Wedges 3nos
  • Fish fillets fry masala - 2tbsp
  • Steamed rice 200gms
  • English Beans 50gms

Make of Method:

First of all in Shan's fish fry masala marinate the fish fillets and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Simmer butter until it becomes brown.
Pour Honey and put it in Shan ginger garlic paste- mix well.
In medium flame, put the fish fillets and cook for 5-7 mins.
Place lemon wedges in between the fillets and finish the cooking.
Plate the fillets with sautéed English beans and steamed rice.

Here ready your Glazed Fried Fish.


                                       FALAFEL:

Introduction:


Today we learn how to make a perfect and tasty FALAFEL dish. It is a delicious
traditional dish in RAMADAN Islamic month and its mostly found in Middle East crispy fritters who's delectable soft inside.

Ingredients:

  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Onion 50gms
  • Shan Vegetable masala 2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 40gms 
  • Baking soda- 1tsp
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • Cilantro quarter bunch
  • Parsley quarter bunch
  • Soaked Chickpea 200gms

Method:

-In a food processor put cleaned cilantro, parsley, garlic and onion.
-Put them into the mixture and grind them.
-Put washed and drained chickpea, Shan masala, baking soda and process until smooth but crumbly.
- Add bread crumbs and adjust the seasoning.
-Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
-Heat oil from 170(Degree C) to 180(Degree C).With wet hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
-Fry the falafels in batches to a golden brown.
-Transfer them the paper towel.
-Serve them with tahini sauce and salad.
-Here Ready FALAFEL.

                                             KABSA:

Its may preparation time 1 hour and 15 mins.

Ingredient:
  • -Onion half cup
  • -Chicken 500gms
  • -Basmati Rice 500gms
  • -Shan's Kabsa mix 1pack
  • -Tomato paste/puree a quarter cup
  • -Raisins 2tbsp
  • -Oil 50mlup
  • -Hot water 750ml
  • -Black lemon 1
  • -Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • -Shan Green chili 2nos

Methods:

-Soak the rice for 30 mins.
-Pour oil to a hot pan. Add onion and Shan ginger-garlic paste,  and sauté for 2mins.
-Put washed chicken and give a good mix.
-Add Shan's KABSA mix, black lemon, tomato puree and mix them well and good.
-Pour half cup of hot water and let the chicken cook for a while.
-Combine the mixture with drained rice and pour the remaining hot water.
-In medium heat, when the water is leveled with the rice, then put the green chills and cover the lid with aluminum foil.
-Let the rice cook on low flame.
-Remove the lid in 8-12 mins and check for the water level, Finish the cooking when the rice is cooked   completely.
-You can Serve the dish by putting the chicken pieces on the top and with your favorite  accompaniments.

Ingredient:

  • Shan's Chat masala- 1tsp
  • Extra virgin oil -1/4cup
  • Boiled chickpea- 250gms
  • Sesame seed - 50gms
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice -2tsp

For salad
  • Bell pepper -1cup(different colors)
  • Onion -a quarter cup
  • Cherry tomato 4-5
  • Cucumber -a quarter cup
  • Cilantro -2tsp
  • Lettuce 2-leaves
  • Fried pita bread 5-6 pieces

For dressing

  • Lemon juice 1
  • Shan Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Honey 1tsp
  • Shan masala 1tsp
  • Olive Oil 1tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

-Make tahini sauce with roasted sesame seed and oil.
-To the blender, put boiled chhana, garlic, tahini sauce, Shan's masala, oil, and grind to a thick paste.
-Pour cooled chickpea water of needed.

Adjust the seasoning:

FATOUSH:

Methods:

-Cut pita bread into a small diamonds and apply olive oil.
-Bake it at 180 (degree Celsius) for 5 to 6 minutes or use a frying pan with minimum oil.

For Dressing:

-Add lemon juice to olive oil.
-Add Shan Masala, honey, and Shan Garlic paste.
-Mix well.

For Salad-

-Add Green Capsicum, Yellow Capsicum, onion, cucumber, and tomatoes.
-Combine them with lettuce, and parsley.
-Add the veggies into the dressing and mix well.
-Check for seasoning and put the toasted pita bread.

Plate the salad with hummus and garnish the dish accordingly.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless pieces 200gms
  • Lemon juice 2tsp
  • Shan's Jalfrezi sauce 3tbsp
  • Strained Yogurt half cup

SALAD:

  • Onion 1 small (diced)
  • Lettuce 2spring
  • Cherry tomato 4nos

Methods:

-Mix strained yogurt, Lemon juice, and Shan's jalfrezi sauce.
-Marinate the chicken and cover, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
-Grease the grill pan with oil and grill the chicken.
-Mix the salad ingredients on a clean bowl.
-Plate the Peri Peri chicken bites with the salad and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Red bell pepper 1 medium chopped
  • Shan's nihari masala 2tsp
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed pepper as required
  • Eggs 2no.s
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium chopped
  • Tomatoes puree 3 cups
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish) 1/2 tbsp

Method:

-First of all take a pan put in this oil and heat up when oil heat up then add the onion, red bell pepper,   and minced garlic. then mix well of all.
-Add the tomato puree. and mix it
-Add Shan's Nihari masala.
-Now on a low flame cook them 10 to 12 minutes.
-Put eggs breaks them carefully.
-Allow the eggs to cook. Sprinkle oil if needed.
-Now the cover them with lid so as to cook the eggs.
-Add chopped parsley(optional)

  • Chicken Breast 1no.
  • Chopped Onion 1/4cup
  • Shan Korma sauce 3tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Shan Ginger garlic 1tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1tbsp
  • Cream 3tbsp
  • Fresh herbs

Methods:

-Butterfly the chicken breast and proud to make them tender.
-Marinate the chicken with Shan's korma sauce, lemon juice, Shan ginger garlic   paste, and Worcestershire sauce.
-Pan- fry the chicken and keep it aside.
-Heat oil in a pan and add into chopped onion.
-Pour Shan's korma sauce, and chili garlic sauce and cook it with cream.
-Pour a quarter cup of water and simmer for 2-3 mins.
-Pour soy sauce and put into fresh herbs and adjust the seasonings.
-Plate the chicken with steamed rice and pour the sauce as a blanket over the   chicken.

TANDOORI SAMOSA:

Ingredients:

Veg filling:
  • Shan's Tandoori masala 1-tbsp
  • Shan's Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
  • Samosa sheet- 8nos
  • Mashed potato-2cups
  • Chopped chilli-2tbsp
  • Coriander Leaf -2tbsp(finely chopped)
  • Oil- for deep frying
  • Green peas-half cup
Method:

Combine chopped chili, Shan ginger garlic paste. coriander leaf and green peas with mashed potato.
Put the shan tandoori masala and adjust seasoning.
Carefully, fold the samosa sheets with potato filling.
Clean wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Heat oil to 180 degree Celsius.
Fry the samosa's up to golden brown color.
Serve them hot with your favorite dip.

  • Chopped onion- half cup
  • Chopped Chilli-2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste2-tbsp
  • Shan's Tandoori masala -1tbsp
  • Minced chicken 2cups.
  • Coriander Leaf-2tbsp(finely chopped)
  • Samosa sheet-8nos
  • Oil- for deep frying

Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and chili.
Put minced chicken and cook for 7-8 mins.
Add ginger garlic paste and Shan's tandoori masala.
Once the chicken is completely cooked finish it with chopped coriander leaf.
Once the filling is cool down, Carefully, fold the samosa sheets with enough filling.
Clean wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Heat oil to 180 degrees Celsius.
Fry the samosa's up to golden brown color.
Server them hot with your favorite dip.


DUM KA KEEMA:

Introduction:

Today we learn about the south Asian dish that is name dum ka keema and we learn how we can make it. its made with Shan Flavorful keema masala is the answer to your Iftaar Food cravings.

Its maybe preparation time 30mins:

Ingredients:

  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Garlic slice 1tbsp
  • Ground beef 300gms
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Fried onion 2tbsp
  • Chili flakes 2tbsp
  • Curd half cup
  • Shan Keema mix 4tbsp
  • Coriander leaf 2tbsp
  • Slice chili 1tbsp
  • Garlic slice1 tbsp.
  • Coal 2pieces

Methods:

-First off all marinate ground beef for 1-3 hours with ginger garlic paste, curd, chili flakes and   Shan keema masala mix in a clean bowl.
-Heat oil in a pan and put the marinated keema mixture.
-Now reduce the flame to low, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes breaking all the lumps.(string    every 2 minutes).
-Before serving, set alight a piece of charcoal.
-Place it in a small bowl or in an aluminum foil shaped like a cup.
-Pour a few drops of oil over the coal and cover the lid immediately.
-Server with fried onion, coriander leaf, slice garlic and slit chilies.
